A Certified Pre- and Postnatal Coach, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Root Cause Protocol Consultant, Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist...and self-professed foodie.
My mission is to empower men and women with the tools and knowledge to support every aspect of their journey to motherhood and fatherhood. I teach them how to optimize their fertility to achieve vibrant wellness and usher in new generations of health abundance.
My approach is rooted deep in understanding and respect for the physiology of the body, combining the wisdom of traditional nutrition, with a bio-energetic, pro-metabolic, and bio-individual mindfulness.
A huge part of supporting ourselves through these amazing phases of life is how we nourish ourselves. It is so hard to choose a favorite recipe! A few family favorites have been the asian style shrimp, churro marshmallows, snickerdoodle cookies, and the secret liver meatloaf.

We love the basil lime shrimp, bone broth, german potato salad, and all the smoothies are in our rotation of foods the most right now. The smoothies were my go to in pregnancy as I could pack lots of nutrients into something very simple and easy to digest.
