When you have a health issue (or chronic and/or many), it can be hard to see the light.

I’ve been in some pretty dark places myself. But as someone who has come out on the other side — there IS light at the end of the tunnel.

As my teacher and mentor, Morley Robbins, would say: “You’re not broken, you’re just imbalanced.”

Even though it may not seem like it at times, you were born with the capacity to heal. The human body is THE innate healer.

Getting back into YOUR balance is possible. Sometimes you just need the right tools or to remove the obstructions.
