When embarking on a health journey, it can be easy to get overwhelmed. There might be so many things you feel like you need to change, but you have no idea where to start. This is what makes getting started often the hardest part.

The key? Start small.

Pick ONE thing to focus on. Give yourself a realistic timeline to incorporate this into your lifestyle. Master it. Over and over again.
*
Maybe it's eating breakfast every day. Maybe it's moving every day. Maybe it's getting in your adrenal cocktails every day. Pick one.
*
Then pick another and become the master of that. Rinse and repeat.
*
Going one at a time is key, because we want sustainable change. Keywords: sustainable change. Not temporary results.
*
Before you know it, you’ll be the “Master of Many” instead of a “Master of None.”
*
Give yourself space, give yourself grace and keep your head up. You’ve got this. 💪
