What your grandmother ate affects your genes. And what YOU eat will affect your grandchildren.

HOW WE LIVE AND WHAT WE EAT CAN CARRY ON FOR 3 GENERATIONS

Have you heard of the term “Epigenetics”?

To put it simply, we’re dealt a set of genes. But we’re not necessarily destined to express them the way we might think. How we live, including our nutrition, can influence how our DNA is expressed without changing the underlying DNA itself.

Just like our DNA is passed on, it’s also possible to pass on the way they are expressed.

This is true in the way your grandmother and grandfather’s health influenced ours. And it is true for the way our health can influence our grandchildrens. And these changes in genetic expression can be triggered from the start of egg and sperm formation, before we even become pregnant.

This information might be interpreted as an overwhelming weight to bear for some. The way I see it, and for others, it’s an opportunity.

WE have the power to change our genetic expression. The health of our children and grandchildren, the future…it starts with US.

And guess what? If we can imprint illness, we can most certainly imprint wellness.
