How to track your sun intake.

I’ve been using this app for a long time now, but I recently mentioned it on my stories and SO many of you had questions. So I thought I’d do a post!

The app I’m talking about is Đ Minder. It lets you track your Vitamin Đ intake, whether that be from sun exposure or supplements.🌞

What’s extra great about it is that you can set different and important factors that can influence how much Đ you can make from the sun, like skin pigmentation, location, skin exposure during session, etc.🌄

This lets you get a pretty accurate reading of how much Đ you’re able to produce in the time period logged.

I find this especially helpful to track my Đ generation, since I don’t personally take any Đ supplements.

I believe it’s available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
