Travel Essentials
When I posted about my travel essentials the other day, so many of you asked me to create a post. So here it is — all for you. :)
Depending on where I’m traveling and my familiarity with the area, I’ll bring more or less supplements for support. Here are a few I’ll pretty much always bring with me:
Desiccated beef liver. I know that when I travel, I won’t have access to my usual nutrient-dense staples. Beef liver is nature’s multi-vitamin and can provide broad spectrum nutrient support. My favorite is @perfectsupplements (code INNATE provides 10% off).
Adrenal cocktail + whole food vitamin C powder. If I’m not sure what kind of salt or juices I’ll have access to, I’ll bring pre-made powder. This will help keep me hydrated and keep stress at bay. @jigsaw is the only company I know that makes this (code INNATE provides 10% off).
