Yup, here are 7 types of Fertility Awareness Methods you probably haven’t heard of:

∿Standardized version of the Billings Method, usually taught in a medical setting.
∿Tracks cervical mucus against a defined grading system for cervical fluids.
*WHICH ONE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
There are many more types of Fertility Awareness Methods. The key is finding one that works for your situation (regular versus irregular cycles, multiple signs versus fewer, etc.) and that you can be consistent with.
