REISHI BABIES ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿ‘ผ

*Also known as Lingzhi and Ganoderma lucidum, Reishi is a type of mushroom. They’re also known as a type of medicinal mushroom used in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

*In Eastern cultures, both mothers and fathers (!) take Reishi mushroom before and during pregnancy. Reishi mushroom is thought to be calming to the parents’ spirits - and the baby’s. Babies of parents who have taken Reish are considered calm, cool, peaceful, and observant.

*Reishi mushrooms have also been shown to:

๐Ÿ„ Enhance antioxidant status in the body

๐Ÿ„ Reduce inflammation

๐Ÿ„ Increase white blood cells (including lymphocytes and natural killer cells)
