If you’re comfortable with the above, that’s fine. But I think there is a misconception that that’s all we can do. Because there is SO much more we can do!

How we go into pregnancy can not only influence how our ability to get pregnant, but also:

〰️How easy our actual pregnancy is
〰️How easy our delivery is
〰️How easy our postpartum is
〰️And most importantly, how healthy our baby is

Many people forget things like:
*
🍊Nutrient-dense food
🌷Pelvic floor health
💤Sleep
💧Hydration
🚶♀️Exercise
☀️Light

Of course, there will always be situations out of our control. But the more we can prepare, the better foot we can put forward as we step into this amazing journey.
