My Top 3 Copper-Rich Foods For Supercharging Your Metabolism
98% of copper gets excreted through our feces and urine. Since we’re constantly making energy, we need a constant stream of copper.

Here are my top copper-containing foods:

🦪Mollusks
🍊ANYTHING that has Vitamin C (see my “Think These Have Real Vitamin C?” post), like tropical and citrus fruits.

Remember, buy ORGANIC and non-GMO produce if you can. Conventionally grown and GMO foods do not have copper in them.

Try to buy GRASS-FED. PASTURE-RAISED and WILD-CAUGHT if you can. These will have more copper in them.
