nutrients nutrition preconception pregnancy recipe

Summer ain’t over yet! And I’ve been holding on by making my Fertility-Enhancing Peaches N’ Cream Smoothie πŸ‘πŸ¦βœ¨

Not only does this smoothie pair two of the most delicious flavors on planet earth together — peaches and cream — but you can support your fertility in the process, with every sip!

Just one serving of this recipe gives you:

✨ 34 g Protein, which supports excess hormone detoxification & metabolic muscle-building

✨ 20% of your daily Vitamin C, which supports progesterone production

✨ 20% of your daily Vitamin B12, which supports implantation

✨ 32% of your daily Potassium, which supports thyroid function (aka your third ovary)

This smoothie is also rich in Calcium, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5, Iodine, Zinc and Selenium — other nutrients that are very important for fertility and pregnancy.

Here’s the recipe to my Fertility-Enhancing Peaches N’ Cream Smoothie πŸ‘πŸ¦βœ¨

Serves 2

Ingredients:

πŸ‘1.5 cups Skyr (whatever fat % you prefer)

πŸ‘1 cup milk (whatever fat % you prefer)

πŸ‘3 small peaches, diced

πŸ‘3 scoops collagen powder

πŸ‘1 tbsp liquid-y honey (the hard, crystallized kind won’t blend as well)

πŸ‘1 pinch salt

πŸ‘1/4 tsp vanilla extract

πŸ‘Optional: top with 1 tsp be pollen

Directions:

Blend until smooth. You can also add ice if you like things chilly. Enjoy!
