Magnesium Supplements

magnesium pcos pms

In my last post we talked about how Magnesium supplementation can help relieve symptoms of PMS and PCOS. So what type is right for you?

There are many types of Magnesium supplements. As you know, I’m very picky about supplements. And I personally like to think about them in two categories:

〜Topical aka transdermal, which you apply on your skin

〜Oral aka internal, which you basically swallow

Topical Magnesium can be great for someone who is just beginning to supplement Magnesium or is very sensitive to oral Magnesium supplements. These include baths or oils, and they can be a magical way to relax too.

Oral Magnesium is a great way to get more Magnesium in a serving. There are also several different types. Figuring out the best one and the right d0se for you can be like finding the right pair of jeans.

I personally love to mix both topical and oral Magnesium into my routine, and that works great for me.

Here are a few of my favorite Magnesium supplements at the moment:

Topical

〜Magnesium Bicarbonate Bath Foruma by @mitigatestress

〜mRelease Magnesium Oil Spray by @crucialfour

Oral

〜Master Mineral Drink by @mitigatestress

〜Magnesium Concentrace Dopper by @mitigatestress

〜mMag Bicarb by @CrucialFour

Code INNATE gets you a 10% discount off all brands.

I’ll be talking more about specific types of Magnesium and much more in my upcoming course, Conscious Conception. Sign up via the link in my bio for updates on its launch next month!
