How to Get Rid of Cellulite
First off, there is nothing wrong with you if you have cellulite. It’s totally normal and is a very common part of being a woman.

If you find that you have excessive cellulite, however, it may be due to:
▪️
⬆️Rapid weight gain
⚖️Electrolyte imbalance
🛢️PUFA consumption
🦠Endotoxin
♀️Estrogen dominance
❄️Low metabolism
▪️
Most of the time, it’s a few of these factors working synergistically.
▪️
How can you reduce cellulite naturally?
▪️
⚡BALANCE ELECTROLYTES. Oftentimes dehydration can leave us looking depleted and highlight our cellulite. Getting enough can help skin look smoother.
▪️
🧈EAT SATURATED FATS. Compared to saturated fats, PUFAs compromise structural and signaling integrity when incorporated into our cells, causing them to absorb a lot more water and function less optimally (things can go haywire). PUFAs can act like estrogen in the body, slow our metabolism and are more likely to be stored. Saturated fats do the opposite - they improve cell signaling, increase our metabolism and are more likely to be burned.

☣️REDUCE ENDOTOXIN. Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) are partially hydrophilic. Reduce these by reducing PUFAs and gut irritants. A spore-based probiotic may also help.
▪️
🥕SUPPORT ESTROGEN DETOXIFICATION. Estrogens are lipophilic and will hang out in fatty tissue. They slow our metabolism. Eat a medium-sized raw carrot, well-cooked mushrooms and/or bamboo shoots everyday. Ditch fasting. Keep your liver full of glycogen. Reduce xenoestrogens. Poop at least 1X per day. Natural aromatase-inhibitors like Vitamin E, nettle root and orange juice may help.

🏋️♀️LIFT WEIGHTS. Muscle requires more fuel, increases our insulin sensitivity and has a high affinity for burning up free fatty acids stored in tissues.
▪️
🧽DRY BRUSH OR SCRUBS. Both stimulate circulation and can improve lymphatic drainage.
▪️
🔥BOOST YOUR METABOLISM. All of the above plus: Eat well and frequently. Get sunlight. Drink clean water. Prioritize sleep. Move smart. Remove stressors.
