He's a 10...but he keeps his cell phone in his pocket

This is not woo-woo. If you’re trying to conceive, this is something to really pay attention to!

Cell phones produce nonnative electromagnetic waves meaning the waves are not naturally produced by nature.

Men who use cell phones have significantly poorer:

⏬ Sperm count (number of sperm)

⏬ Sperm motility (movement / ability to move)

⏬ Sperm morphology (normal shape)

And the longer cell phones are used, the lower these numbers go.

In one study, men using cell phones for more than 4 hours a day had 42% lower sperm count, 33% lower sperm motility, and 50% poorer sperm morphology. (Agarwal)

This should give you pause. Literally, stop scrolling.

*THE TAKEAWAY MESSAGE:

Gentlemen: Keep your cell phones out of your pocket. And don’t scroll so much. It’s not sexy.

Ladies: Get your partner to keep his cell phone out of his pocket. And limit your screen time too.

It matters not only for your mental health, but physical health too.
