That said, getting back in touch with your body is empowering. And realizing you’re out of touch is the first step.

The key is to start small and to learn to listen. The learning part is the hardest and can take the longest. But from there, you can start building positive habits that truly honor what to need.

Once you re-establish the connection and tap into what your body really needs, that message will be coming from a megaphone, loud and clear.
