Common is Not Normal. And Vice Versa.

active healing health

COMMON DOES NOT MEAN THE SAME THING AS NORMAL.

We have become conditioned to think this. I think most doctors have become conditioned to think this too.

ā¯ˇOur estrogen-dominant world has girls getting their periods at ages 8 and 9 years old, when the average age used to be 15 years old.
ā¯ˇThere has been a 50% decrease in sperm count in less than 40 years in the Western world.
ā¯ˇAverage temperatures in the US are decreasing because 88% of the population is metabolically unhealthy.
ā¯ˇThe #1 diagnosis made by doctors is fatigue.
ā¯ˇEven with the most advanced medicine, the average lifespan has been declining.

Are any of these things normal? No. Are they common? Yes. But that doesn’t mean they’re the same.

Passiveness is what has made us more sick and tired. This is why we have to take an active role in our health. When I stopped accepting “oh, don’t worry about that sweetie, it’s very normal,” I started improving my health.

The next time you’re told something is normal, I urge you to ask yourself, is it really? And figure out what YOU are going to do about it.
