Chinese Medicine Recipe for PMS
*NATURAL PMS REMEDY

Here is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) recipe for YOU!
*INGREDIENTS:
∿ 1 small branch fresh ginger (~1.5 oz, 50 g)
∿ 8-10 oz filtered water
∿ 1 tbsp brown sugar
*DIRECTIONS:
Peel the skin of the ginger off. Cut the ginger into tiny slices. Set aside in a mug.
Bring filtered water to a boil.
Transfer the boiled water into the mug with the ginger. Cover and allow to sit for 30 minutes.
Once 30 minutes have passed, you can optionally remove the ginger or not. Add the brown sugar and enjoy!
