My Favorite Carbohydrate Sources

By now we know that glucose is the primary and preferred fuel source of the body. So it should also be clear that carbohydrates are pretty important for an efficient and well-functioning metabolism.🔥

The amount, kind and frequency at which we eat carbohydrates will vary greatly from person-to-person. Regardless, these are some great options you can incorporate into your nutrition strategy:
▪️
🥔ROOT VEGGIES: potatoes (any), yams, cassava, parsnips beets, carrots
🍊FRUITS: tropical, citrus, melons, stone fruit, berries
🥛MILK & DAIRY: milk, yogurt, cheeses, casein
🧃JUICE: fresh-pressed from fruit
🍯HONEY: raw and wild

Of course there are other kinds of carbs, but these are my absolute favorites and that work well for mostly everyone.
