Are you drinking hungry water?

What’s hungry water, you may ask?
*
It’s water that’s devoid of minerals. Most processing and even filtration can remove significant amounts if not almost all minerals from our water depending on the method. And it’s minerals that actually hydrate our cells.
*
Drinking water without minerals can not only leave us feeling thirsty and/or in the bathroom all the time due to it going right through us, but it can lead to big mineral dysregulation and other issues down the line.
*
In order to TRULY hydrate, we need biologically important minerals such as magnesium, sodium and potassium.
*
You might be shocked to learn that I rarely drink just water. I prefer to hydrate myself through things like:
*
🥥Coconut Water
🍊Juice
🥛Milk
🥣Bone Broth
*
Not only are these options delicious 😋, but they provide minerals that allow me to properly hydrate.
*
Whenever I do pour myself a glass of water, I make sure to add mineral drops. My favorite is @tracemineralsresearch

What’s your favorite way to hydrate?
