5 Things You Don’t Have to Do to Get Pregnant

❌Cut dairy

❌Cut gluten

❌Cut caffeine

❌Cut alcohol

But the most important of all I think, is:

❌You don’t have to be a sinless saint with no history or past

So many of the women I work with who are experiencing fertility challenges are riddled with guilt for:

💔Things they have done in the past

💔The way they have treated their bodies in the past

💔The things they wish they knew in the past...

They’re punishing themselves for it. And it shows through:

🥬Their restrictive diet or orthorexia

💊The sheer number of supplements they’re taking

🌄Their militant daily routines

Do you think you can show up the best version of yourself for your baby if you’re constantly beating yourself up?

I always tell my clients: Don’t let your past define your future.

Because guess what?

✅You ARE capable of changing.

✅Your body IS capable of healing.

✅You CAN get pregnant and create life.

❗️But don’t let this grudge against yourself for your past hold you back from experiencing the very joy you so much deserve today. 🤎

Let go of the guilt. Let go of the shame. Let them be lessons, not chains blocking your fertility from flourishing.
